Answers to the most common setup questions.
Standard package — 5-7 business days. Complex ones (server-side, BI, MC Pro) — up to 14 days. Rush mode ×1.5 in 48 hours. MC moderation may add up to 7 days.
Verification that one action doesn't fire an event or conversion twice (e.g., browser + server). Otherwise stats get inflated and Ads/Meta/TikTok algorithms receive false signals.
Server-side way to send data to TikTok Ads, bypassing the browser. Needed if you advertise on TikTok and want stable data without losses from blockers and iOS/Safari limitations.
First moderation takes 3-7 days. If there are errors — Google returns with a list of issues. We fix and resubmit. In "MC Start" we lead the catalog to full acceptance. In "MC Pro" — same plus attribute optimization.
Native feed from a platform (OpenCart, WooCommerce, Horoshop, etc.) gives a limited attribute set. Custom feed (XML/JSON via Cloud Run or script) gives full control over titles, descriptions, Google Taxonomy categories, GTIN, brand, product_type, custom_label — which directly affects impressions in Shopping ads.
Yes, these are different things. Pixel tracks on-site events (views, add-to-cart, purchases). Catalog is a product database in Meta needed for dynamic remarketing (showing specific products the user viewed). Without Catalog, dynamic remarketing is impossible.
Yes. For example, "Ads" + "Accuracy (Consent Mode)" + "BI Looker Studio" — popular combination for e-commerce. Or "Three Platforms" + "MC Pro" + "Facebook Catalog" — full kit for a store with ads.
Minimum: grant access (one instruction email), describe business specifics (short call or message). At testing stage — confirm events look correct. We handle the rest.
We work through GTM — it's CMS-independent. For ecommerce events (add_to_cart, purchase) some platforms need DataLayer setup. If needed, we provide a spec for the CMS developer — we don't "dive" into code, just give specific instructions.
It's a mode of Google tags operation based on user consent for cookies. For projects advertising in EU — mandatory (otherwise Ads and GA4 don't receive data). For purely local — recommended for GDPR/equivalent compliance.
Yes. Standard procedure: 50% prepayment → setup → testing → you verify via Tag Assistant/DebugView → 50% after acceptance.
14 days later we do a free check in real conditions. Then — there's a support option (up to 2 hrs/month) or hourly billing.
Ukraine — hryvnia. Azerbaijan — manat (AZN). Other countries — USD or EUR. Details agreed individually.
Yes, typical integration — CRM webhook → GA4 on deal close/status change. This lets you see real ROMI factoring in lead quality, not just clicks/forms.
Either "+5 events" add-on or hourly billing. For regular clients — monthly support where new events fit in the hour limit.
